Personalized Assistance

• A nurse consultant works with the participant, family and staff to design an individualized plan which includes activities of daily living and medication reminders.

Safe Environment

• Adult Day Care is housed within the Oak Park Arms Senior Living Community, which provides independent living apartments and a full schedule of activities. Additional Oak Park Arms offerings include short-term stays.
